Who We Are
Illuminate Consulting was founded by
Joanne Bethlahmy in 2000 to provide growth strategy and
interim marketing management to consumer packaged goods,
retail and technology clients in a more personalized way
than is possible with large consulting firms. Our mission
is to “illuminate” the best growth decisions
for clients by combining in-depth research and analysis
with seasoned judgment and corporate experience.
What We Do
Our expertise is in identifying and quantifying the best
new markets, segments, products, channels, positioning and
market entry plans for your business. We work with senior
management to develop growth plans based on customer and
competitive research, market segmentation, product and portfolio
analysis and other key business fundamentals.
And, because we have senior line management as well as
blue-chip consulting experience, we also help implement
these strategies through interim marketing management assignments.
